Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and want your pet to be 100% happy. If your pet or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in a resellable condition to be eligible for a return for a refund. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will refund you the cost of the order, excluding any shipping costs.

Sale items and Gift Cards

Except for our Walking Set offers, all discounted items are final sales and are non-returnable or refundable. Gift cards are not eligible for returns and refunds.

Walking Sets

We do not process refunds for selected items from a Walking Set. To be eligible for a refund, all items from the Walking Set are required to be returned and must be unused, unwashed and in a resellable condition.

How to return

To start a return, please email us at hello@mypetharness.com including your name, order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you within 2 business days with details on the return process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend that you send the parcel back with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back and do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for return is due to a faulty or damaged product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund unless your order qualified for free shipping.

Refund

Once we receive the package and have inspected the item(s), your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Issues

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@mypetharness.com within 3 days of receipt of your order, and we will look into this for you.
